Mr Hoops loves his neighbours in the story and Mrs Silver loves tortoise.Mr Hoppy was always been lonely man.He lived in a small flat high up in a tall concrete building.Mr Hoppy and Mrs Silver fight a lot but at the end they become best friends.

I think that this book is interesting.I rate this book a 4/5
